DeAmp has signed a pilot contract with Trondheim City Counsil. DeAmp will deliver paneled ceiling sound absorbers to the customer reception area in Statens Hus in Trondheim.

Trondheim, Norway: The project was signed 27th of April 2006, giving DeAmp the job to deliver 100 square metres of aluminium ceiling tiles. The project was initiated because the consultants has experienced problems talking to their clients on the phone in the large open office environment without being distracted.

DeAmp's CEO Bjørn André Fløtre has high expectations to the start-up company's first ceiling project: "The project with Trondheim City Counsil will give DeAmp the definite proof of technology, and it will help establishing a closer relationship to our prospective partners."

The project is accomplished in cooperation with metal paneled ceiling manufacturer Meta AS, consulting engineers COWI, and the building owner of Statens Hus in Trondheim. The ceiling is due June 2006.
